Skill Development Lessons
Train Like a Tyrant Athlete
Our Skill Development Lessons are a clinic-style group training program led by Club Director, Taylor Ho, for current or aspiring club volleyball athletes. This program focuses on refining all fundamental volleyball skills with an emphasis on technical development and film review analysis. Athletes will learn to break down mechanics, improve volleyball IQ, and apply feedback directly on the court in a focused group setting.

What to Expect
Each lesson includes:
Targeted Skill Development
Focused instruction on a specific skill (serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, etc.) using controlled and intentional drills led by our experienced coaching staff.
Game-Like Reps & Situational Play
Athletes will apply what they’ve learned in small-sided games, live scrimmage play, and real-time feedback scenarios.
Volleyball-Specific Conditioning
We incorporate physical training tied to the day’s skill focus to build strength, agility, and endurance, exactly how our athletes train in regular team practices.
Our lessons are open to athletes of all skill levels — whether you're new to the sport or preparing for club tryouts. Players will be grouped based on age and experience to ensure optimal learning and competition.
